Francesca Mancuso Cartocci graduated in 2007 from Liceo Classico Alessandro Volta in Como (Classical Studies) then attended the Faculty of Law at Pavia University.

In the very same year she won Collegio Ghislieri competitive exam, joining the University School for Advanced Studies (I.U.S.S., Pavia).

In 2012 she won a scholarship at Université Marc Bloch (Strasbourg), where she spent a term in order to research for her final essay (comparative criminal law).

In 2012 she graduated from Pavia University presenting a comparative law dissertation regarding preventive detention in Italy and France.

In 2014 she graduated from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi/University of Pavia Post Graduate Law School.

During post graduation studies she attended Tribunale di Milano (Milano civil and criminal Court) as a trainee.

In 2015 she passed her bar exam at Corte d’Appello di Milano, getting her qualification as a lawyer.

From 2016 she works in Como, joining important law firms and providing legal advice to her own clients.

She studied English, French and German, obtaining First Certificate, Delf B1 Certificate and Goethe Zertifikat A2.

She is Principles of Private Law assistant professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano (Faculty of Economics).
